When will my order ship?
Many of our brands are small companies who microbatch products in-house. What does that mean? It means most products are made around or at the time they are ordered. This is especially important when it comes to clean, natural skincare without artificial preservatives. It does mean that most brands will take 3 - 5 days (exclusive of weekends or holidays) to process your order.
You’ll receive a shipment notification email from us with a tracking number once your package has been shipped by the brand.
COVID-19: These are crazy times! People are shopping online more than ever and supply chains have been disrupted. Please allow additional processing time due to COVID-19. We apologize for any delays. You can always reach out to Beautyocracy to check the status of your order.
How do I make a return?
While we think you'll absolutely love your products, we understand that sometimes they don't work out. We offer a risk-free return policy for products sold on our site.
Email us at hello@beautyocracy using the subject line Return: [Your Order Number] and your first and last name name in the body of the email, and we'll start the process of making your return.
Free Members: Returns will incur a $5 shipping fee. You have 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery of the item(s) to email us and start a return.
Premium Members: Returns are free! You have 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery of the item(s) to email us and start a return.
What items are returnable?
Any products purchased on our platform can be returned, except those listed below.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Premium Memberships
- Items that have surpassed their allotted return window (14 days for Free members, 30 days for Premium members)
The item I received is damaged! :(
We hate that! Sometimes delivery people can be unnecessarily rough with packages, and we're sorry that it arrived damaged!
If this does occur, please email us at email@example.com using the subject line Damaged Order: [Your Order Number] with your first and last name and 3 clear photos of the damaged order.
We ask that you report any damage within 2 days of delivery.
Can I exchange products?
At this point in time, we do not have the capacity to allow exchanges. We are able to help you find products that fit your needs! Premium members get access to a number where they can text with a Beautyocracy team member and find products that fit their needs. Premium allows you to avoid product mishaps and find what works best for you.
How will I be refunded?
For returns less than $10, we will process your return as store credit only.
For all other returns, a refund will be issued to the method of payment used on the original order.
How do I ship back my return?
A return label will be provided to you during the return process. All orders are returned to Beautyocracy, not the brand.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If your refund is approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
Additional Shipping Information:
- Please double check your order confirmation and ensure that entered the correct address! If your address cannot be verified, we will contact you for an alternative address.
- If your package is sent back to us, there will be a reshipment fee charged in order to reship the package to you. Reshipment fees will be charged per package, not per order.
The package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it?
- Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address.
- After verifying please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We need to be notified within 48 hours of missed delivery to assist you.
